Destiny 2 Nov 29, 2020

Due to a recently discovered bug, Bungie has announced that they will be canceling the release of Destiny 2's Trials of Osiris until further notice. This announcement came in the form of a Tweet from the official Destiny 2 Twitter account.

Due to a recently discovered issue, Trials of Osiris has been disabled for this week. We are currently investigating to determine when it will return.

This would not be the first time that the Trials of Osiris has been canceled or delayed. In June, we reported that Bungie disabled the Trials of Osiris due too a bug.

This delay is frustrating for many players, as the recent expansion would add new challenges to the Trials of Osiris that have not been seen before. This delay will only push back when players can take on these challenges and earn themselves special gear called "Adept Weapons."

These new weapons have significant bonuses that could easily make these weapons top-tier choices in the game. However, to obtain these weapons, you need to make a flawless run in the Trials of Osiris. This means that you have to win seven matches in a row, which can be extremely difficult.
