To begin the Moonfire Faire quest, "A Fish Too Far," you will need to head over too the Upper Deck of Limsa Lominsa and speak too Mayaru Moyaru. However, you will need to make sure you are at least level 30 before attempting this quest, otherwise it will not be available.
If you complete the quest, you will be rewarded with the Summer's Flame Clothing Set. This set will include a hat, top, wrist, pareo, and sandals. These items are purely glamour based items, much like many other event items in Final Fantasy XIV.
If you have not done the previous Moonfire Faires, you will also be able to earn currency to purchase some of the previously available items from the event vendor. You can also check out Final Fantasy XIV's Store for previous Moonfire Faire event items; however, these do cost money.
Make sure you pull yourself away from the new story content that was recently released and get yourself some new summer clothes!
