Epic Games has announced that the start of Fortnite Chapter 2 - Season 3 will be delayed again. This time, it will be postponed from June 4th to June 11th.

In a news article, over on Epic Games website, they state that the delay is to make sure that everything is ready for the Chapter 2 - Season 3 release. Thus they extended the release window by one week.

The delay also affects the game's upcoming story event, "The Device." This event will now take place on June 6th, one week later than initially planned.

Fortnite Chapter 2 - Season 3 was initially supposed to be released at the end of April, but has been delayed multiple times. Season 3 has also been rumored to introduce underwater gameplay to the game, an exciting new mechanic.

Hopefully, this is the last delay we will see, and the next season for Fortnite will release on June 11th with a bang, much like every other release they have done!
