GOG Galaxy, the popular digital game distribution platform that is run by the CD Projekt Group, is currently testing an integration with the Epic Games Store. Now in an invite-only closed beta, this integration will allow you to purchase games from the Epic Games Store directly in the GOG Galaxy client.

You will still need to have an Epic Games account to purchase Epic Games Store games. But, this does align with GOG Galaxy trying to be the "all-encompassing" game launcher. Allowing integration with your other game launchers is one step, but buying games directly from the respective launcher's stores is even better.

The games currently available to purchase through GOG Galaxy are a select number of Epic Games Store exclusives. The best part about this? If you buy these games through the GOG Galaxy client, your purchases will be covered by GOG's generous 30-day refund policy!

"In the new store, we will be welcoming games from both GOG.COM and beyond - including titles previously exclusive only to other gaming platforms. With the internal beta launching today, invited users will have the option to buy games from a selection of hand-picked Epic Games Store exclusive titles, alongside all GOG.COM games. Most importantly, all purchases are covered by our 30-days refund policy as well as 24/7 human support."

There is no set release date for when the Epic Games Store integration will be available for all users.
