It looks like Cloud Gaming may get a nice bump in noticeability in 2021. LG has announced that in 2021, two popular Cloud Gaming platforms will be coming to LG TVs. These platforms are Google Stadia and NVIDIA GeForce Now.

LG is already known for partnering with Cloud Gaming providers. Back in March of 2020, Shadow and LG announced a partnership to bring Shadow to South Korea and integrate Shadow into various LG products, such as TVs and Phones.

Google Stadia will be making its way to LG TVs in the second half of 2021. NVIDIA GeForce Now will be making its way onto LG TVs sometime after that.

However, it is helpful to note that it is unknown if Google Stadia and NVIDIA GeForce Now will be available on older TV models. The announcement was for 2021 TV models that would be released shortly before the addition of Google Stadia. It is unknown if 2020 TV models and older will be receiving the apps.

I wonder when we may see an Xbox Cloud Gaming partnership with LG?
