Surprisingly, the "Better Colors" option that was released at the end of March to the Alpha client, has made its way to the official Beta client.

In the weekly changelog that Shadow posts, we can see that the new color enhancement feature was released in the Beta launcher v4.24.9.

Outside of the new 4:4:4 subsampling being available on Shadow Beta, Metal rendering has been made available on MacOS 10.14. A handful of other fixes have been made, such as fixes to the Multi-Screen feature, fixed a bug that freezes your Shadow, and a rework to mouse handling.
