The PC Demo of Trials of Mana has been pulled from Steam

The demo of the RPG title, Trials of Mana has been pulled from Steam as there was an exploit found that would allow players to access the full game from the demo.

In a blog post on the Trials of Mana steam community page, the devs stated, "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we need to temporarily take the Trials of Mana Demo on Steam offline, we hope to have it back up again very soon.

Please rest assured, all progress made by those who have downloaded and played the demo will remain and be carried over when it’s back online. "

As per the discussion on this blog post, many have stated that hackers were able to access the full game from the demo, thus causing the demo to be pulled. It makes perfect sense, as I do not think any game developer/publisher would want people to access the full game from the demo.

As you can see above, any progress that you have currently made while playing the demo is safe and will be available once the demo comes back to Steam. Otherwise, if you own a Nintendo Switch or a PlayStation 4, you can play the demo on those platforms.

Hopefully, the exploit is fixed and we can download and play the PC demo soon!
