World of Warcraft Shadowlands gets a November 23rd release date

When the World of Warcraft: Shadowlands expansion was recently delayed, Blizzard stated that it would be postponed until "later this year." With their most recent announcement, we now know when this date is.

World of Warcraft: Shadowlands will be launching on November 23rd, just in time for the United States' Thanksgiving holiday. The announcement was given out through the official World of Warcraft Twitter account.

Recently, World of Warcraft received a pre-patch for the expansion that adjusted the current maximum level, as well as changing stats, skills, and more to prep for the release of the Shadowlands expansion.

When Shadowlands launches, the new level-cap will become level 60, and you can choose which expansion you want to level in. Most new players will play through the Shadowlands expansion, while veterans can choose to play through any previous expansion to level new characters.
