World War Z to get cross-play between all platforms

The game based on the famous Zombie Thriller novel, World War Z, will be receiving an essential update to the game on July 22nd. It will be bringing full cross-play support between all platforms!

That means that if you are a PC player, you will now be able to play with your friends that have the game on the Xbox One or PlayStation 4.

Join forces across PS4, Xbox One, and PC and turn the tide against the sea of undead. Invite your friends to your party no matter what platform they play on.

The Dronemaster Update arrives July 22!

This announcement comes from the official World War Z Twitter account. The update is titled "The Dronemaster Update," and will include the Dronemaster Class, Advanced Combat Weapon, a new user report system, and more.

Even though cross-play has been initially announced on March 23rd of this year, that was only between the PC and Xbox One platforms. This update coming on the 22nd will bring all the platforms together.
