Xbox Series X server blades are rolling out for Xbox Cloud Gaming

Recently, Microsoft discussed its future plans for cloud gaming. The article mentioned that they were in the final stages of upgrading the Data Center's behind Xbox Cloud Gaming with their latest Xbox Series X|S Server blades.

These server blades would allow Xbox Cloud Gamers to play their favorite games utilizing Xbox Series X|S hardware, allowing for faster load times, improved performance, and in some cases, graphics.

Well, it looks like the new server blades are starting to roll out live to Xbox Cloud Gaming users, as multiple users have taken to Twitter to show that they are running their games on the new hardware.

Games such as Yakuza: Like A Dragon, Rainbox Six Siege, Gears 5, and more have shown increased performance, additional GFX settings, and improved load times over the last few days.

There has yet to be an official announcement from Microsoft, but many more users will likely start to see the new hardware being spun up for their gaming instances over the next few weeks.
