Guilty Gear -Strive- gets an April 2021 release date

Guilty Gear -Strive-, the next game in the Guilty Gear series by developer Arc System Works, has received its official release date. The Anime fighter will be available for fans on April 9th, 2021.

The game, initially set to be released late 2020, was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic causing development issues.

Guilty Gear -Strive- is Arc System Works take on the next generation of fighting games. With improved animations and new fighting mechanics, this game will surely attract a large crowd.

Guilty Gear -Strive- will launch on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC with three versions. The standard version, the Deluxe Edition, and the Ultimate Edition. Those who pre-order the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions will be able to play the game on April 6th, three days earlier than the official release.

We also learned about the new character that will be available when the game launches, Giovanna.
